Description Of Model
Scratch built by me in the 1990s using the trucks and frame of an Athearn cupola caboose as the starting point. Probably based on an article in Model Railroader or Railroad Model Craftsman magazines. It was intended for use on my proto-freelanced, post-1957, NYO&W railroad - which never got beyond the planning stage.
